We are doing Stand-UPs! We are Agile!
How many times can you hear such an expression? This is one of wide-spread myths about Agile. And it is actually similar to top-of-the-iceberg principle.

The truth is - Agile practices such as "stand-ups" and "retrospectives" are not your target. They are only METHODS that will help your employees to live the best human values - thus grow company culture. And a healthy culture boosts collaboration, innovation and efficiency.
So what are Agile practices good for? They are good for setting the right course. They support creation of SAFE ENVIRONMENT for your people. So that they enhance living of good practices and priciples. And while they will live better level of values (and use principles better) - their behavior will be constantly improving. When a mass of people behaves better and better - overal company culture gets much better.

This is what Agile is for. It is a well-proven way to help you become (much) better in all areas. And it WORKS.
